Just joined the forum.
The account-confirmation email I received had a parsing error.
There was a semicolon before the u= which I had to delete.
Not sure how that crept in there.
Most people may have just given up & not activated their account...

Seems like there is a problem with Vista support.
I'm using Vista (not what I'd prefer) - and I'm getting the same error msg the first poster mentioned.
I AM using an adminstrative account with rights to these directories.
Might take some tweaking / debugging.
