Yawcam

I have the exact same issue. I load up the streaming video (outside my local network) and it appears to be frozen. If I scale it back to 1% it streams fine. 5% is fine. 10% fine. 20% runs for about 3 seconds and freezes. 30% runs for about 3 frames and freezes. Anything higher will show 1 new frozen...
