Motion Detector

I set up the motion capture to get 40 images, one every 250ms when it detect movements.
So it's 10s of images. but if the detection takes more than 10s, all the movements after that time will not recorded.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks! Yesterday I used 90/10 to try and seems good but also i get useless detections. Yes, only small parts of the image change. So if I use an high sensitivity, I have a lot of false detections by the cars and the leafs moved by wind. The "define area", could be better than this: i only...

Motion Bars

http://img121.imageshack.us/img121/84/235235.jpg I press Auto-Detect and the bars go automatically at 80/20%. But now(see screenshot), I think it's not very sensible to movements of an eventual person. I need to test more but I want to ask you: Do you think is better that I pump up sensitivity to s...

Thanks, yes I saw that, and I might try but I do not want.
Maybe i am wrong but I think is not good for security or stability.
Also i am not sure about the correct procedure to downgrade java.
I'll wait for another version of java or yawcam.
Meanwhile I'll try this version into another pc with xp32.
