Version 1.0.0.5 is released.
I can't find anything wrong with it, but if you do; my email is in the app.

New URL: http://harald.geving.no/files/gpslogger.exe

It requires .NET framework 3.5, but I assume most of you already have that installed.
Have a nice day!

Ok, I've finally been able to test it with my own Holux GPSlim240 Bluetooth GSP, and it works for me. The current version: 1.0.0.2 can be found here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/24159011/GPSlogger.exe There are a few options and features I'd like to include, but that will have to be at a later time. Any...

Aha...
I believe Malun has mentioned many times before that he accepts donations only because he doesn't want to sell the software and be forced to update it for paying users.
Well, that kind of makes sense.

Hmmm....

It was a case of "this SHOULD work, but I can't test it" and I guess something failed.
I'll have to look at this when I get home, and find a GPS device.
I don't think it's a HUGE problem to fix...

I'll get back to you.

Well THAT was faster than I expected... http://dl.dropbox.com/u/24159011/GPSlogger.exe I don't have a GPS device here at the moment, so it's only tested with old log data. It's a command line application that lets you specify the port config and interval. The software does nothing bad, but it does m...

Are you sure your format is as you desire it?

I can probably have this ready in a day or two.
It's already working with hard-coded COM port info...

Donate towards features

Hi, I really like the YawCam software. It's small but powerful! I've suggested a few features here, most of them seem to have been well received by others. I've also donated to show my appreciation and encourage further development. What I'd like to see, is a list of features not yet implemented, an...

Feature request: Storing same image twice

I'd love to see a feature where I can easily make YawCam store the same file twice on the FTP server, but with two different names: Normal filename: myCam{date}_{tstamp}.jpg Extra filename: myCam.jpg This way, I would have an archive of files with timestamps, AND I would know the URL of the latest p...

Any idea if this will ever get voted on?

Or even considered by Malun?

Suggestion: Trigger single-shot

I'd love to see a way to trigger a shot. Maybe use a "webservice" perhaps? "http://yacamcomputer:8888/trigger.jpg" could be one way to do it. Another might be to look for "trigger.txt" in a folder. Snap the picture, delete the txt file. The .NET framework has a filesyst...

I used 0.3.3 or 0.3.4, I'm not entirely sure.
Most likely 0.3.4, as I can't remember seeing any upgrade dialogs for a while.

I've tried removing the file, but with no change to the crash.
The application closes at while loading the new camera selection.

Can not load camera - Crashes

After updating to 0.3.5, I am no longer able to choose any of my video card captures. My best guess is that the numbering feature is causing the problem. Other software, for example Internet Explorer visiting cameroid.com can access the cards video. (It will, how ever, only ahow input #1, no matter ...
