It sounds like you have a router and/or firewall issue that's not related the brand of the webcam. However, if the webcam was just recently installed then your system or it's security software can possibly be blocking the webcam's access to things. If you're running mulitple Yawcams on multiple computers and each one has it's own unique IP then you can make a webpage that displays only one cam at a time and then have buttons/controls to switch from one cam to another. I would just forget about the fact that things work on a cellphone. And then run through the whole setup again. Make sure the right IP is being used and that things are working from just computers. As a test you could try performing a system restore back to a point in time when everything worked right. And then you can undo the restore after checking things out. But if things start working again you can decide to not undo the restore. The fact that things worked right before and they don't now...
