Problem solved

I deleted the folder from the instance that doesn't work and copy from the other instance that is working well. After this I install and start the service again and now is working well

I'm running the yawcam instances services from the program files yawcam1, yawcam2, yawcam3 and the folder .yawcam1,2,3 is inside of the c:\user\administrator\yawcam1,2,3\.yawcam.
