Re: refreshing with the newst image in folder
Is there a way to view the most current image in the folder i.e. by modified date? It seems to me that you could use PHP to do that. Something like this: <?>php $dirname="/path/to/images/"; $filename=""; $filetime=0; $dir=opendir($dirname); while($file=readdir($dir)) { if($file ...

Suggestion for System Tray icon enhancement
I'd like to make a suggestion about enhancing the icon in the System Tray - specifically, the "tooltip" that appears when a user hovers over the icon. Is it possible to show useful data, such as the number of connected viewers, in the tooltip? Perhaps this information could use the same sy...

Force video format... is working just fine as far as I can tell. Any settings changes (like editing an overlay, or changing the text on a page) will result in the changes made in Force video format... reverting (which makes the image smaller, in my case). This forces the user to reload the web page...

Yes, right now the Device properties and Format control will start to behave strange when Force video format is used. The Force video format is only a temporary solution and I will try to fix all the format selection problems in a later version. In the mean time, use the Force video format and not ...

All I'm really interested in is running the camera in its native format of 640 x 480, so I would be happy with editing a config file or something if the menu item problem cannot be easily fixed. I have been able to achieve this by using the Force video format menu item, and so (it appears) I no lon...

After running it for a few hours, the image reverted back to the smaller size and the format control menu became inaccessible again. I fixed it by doing a complete reinstall again. Okay, I can now confirm this behavior. The new beta will run fine for a few hours (not exactly sure how many), includi...

Thank you for your response. I will attempt the suggested fix and post my findings in that other thread.malun wrote:Have a look at this thread:

"Select video format" is greyed-out
First off, let me just say how delighted I am with the Yawcam software. It is very well featured and easy to use. Yawcam successfully detects my camera, but it does not give me access to either "Select video format" in the Settings dialog (which is greyed-out), or "Format Control"...
