My guess is that it enables the file option and starts the interval, but the schedule ends before the first 3600 seconds have gone by. Try reducing your interval to maybe 1800. I'm trying to run Yawcam as a service, although I've found that when I do, my webcam frames are not grabbed on the schedule that I have set up. If I don't run Yawcam as a service (foreground mode), it works just fine. Does anyone know why this is?
