Stream needs to be throttled to work.
I have to bring the settings down to 1 fps and 5% quality to keep the stream from freezing up. Running XP home edition SP 2, P4 2.9 Ghz 1.5 Ghxz RAM. IE 6 sp2. on DSL upstream 384, Linksys router (port opened). Latest Java and YAWCAM 0.3.0. Task manager has shows CPU getting hit hard when I throttle...
