I successfully set up webcams hosted on two different Windows 8.1 machines on my LAN. I use No-ip to manage the ip addresses. I use Upnp to manage port forwarding. I have a LAN. All devices have static IPs I have a No-ip account. PC1 running Win 8.1 with a functioning Yawcam on port 8081. 8888 shows error when tested.
