please read the replies. you are not using the right settings. enter the right settings and reupload images again.

you really don't have to open the gadget up as there is nothing there that needs editing. you just run the risk of messing the files up. please post a screenshot of your desktop showing your browser with the "its a webcam" page of yawcam and the gadget with the filled up options page open....

pls redownload the file as i'm not sure what may have changed on it when you opened it up. its basically a plug and play gadget. just double click it once its done downloading then click the wrench to go to settings. i just installed yawcam on this PC and had no problem at all. here are the settings...

are you using windows vista? if so, you should undock the gadget. the 320x240 is the undocked size of the gadget.
