Har du förresten märkt om den nya versionen (ver 0.2.3) kräver java 1.3 eller senare? Den skall inte göra det enligt mina "beräkningar"... Men du är ju bra på att kolla sådant

I have recently noticed that there might be problems i the FTP servers gives a welcome message on more than one row. But I'm not sure... How does your welcome message look like if you use an ordinary ftp client when you login to your ftp server? Please check if you get any error messages in the cons...

You should be able to select the webcam in the settings. Open the settings and select the camera panel. (Settings -> edit settings -> camera )
Here you should find a list over the cameras connected to your computer.

Do you find all cameras in this list?

Yes, this is the "freeze-bug". It occurs for some people but I havn't been albe to fix it.

Try to update your webcam drivers, it might help.
Otherwise reduce the image size and image quality.

No, I'm sorry... But there are no way that I know of to use DirectShow in java. So I will not be able to include support for this in the next version. Maybe I'll include it when Yawcam has been ported to C++. But there will take several months before the first C++ version of Yawcam is finished... /m...

Check that you have the latest drivers for your webcam. Also check that your webcam support VFW (Video For Windows). Look in your manual! Yawcam uses VFW to communicate with the webcam, so if your webcam doesn't support VFW it will not work. Have you tried to detect the webcam from the text menu? (s...

I'm glad you found Yawcam :D - The ability to have the preview screen and other tools all in one single window. (Skinnable?) I have to rewrite rather large parts of Yawcam to make this possible. So I don't think this will happen in a near future. But I sure will keep the idea in my mind. I'm not sur...

I'm starting to believe that your ISP has put you behind a router that you can't control... In this case you will not be able to use the stream output (or the built-in webserver) in Yawcam :( Maybe you could talk to your ISP and ask them to tell you exactly how you are connected to the Internet... I...

I'm not familiar with either window's firewall nor norton's... but my guess would be that Norton will have much more nice settings ;-)
