It's obvious you need different portsettings for each instance of Yawcam you are running. That is when you want to access them from the outside. Cameras on the same PC or not Why ? You get an IP-adress from your provider and you share that internet access on all available PC's in your local network....

I think it's your settings somehow.
Typing the IP-address http://71.11.171.241:8080 in my address bar give me the error "Err chk Usr online?".

Seems to me you activated the option File on the Control Panel . http://www.yawcam.com/help/img/main_menu_set_edit.png You can change this behaviour by : Desactivate the option again. Am not an expert in coding but when you run the client side, it seems that there is a repeating file request (scrolling URL at the bottom of IE page), the file seems to be an image. If this is so, much of the upload BW would be consumed by transfers of full image whereas -presumably- in real stream...
