Re: Yawcam streams with wifi but not wired, please help.
Looks like it's working. I can see your stream with the PlantPro gauge.
Re: CCTV
You can use the save file feature to save pictures on an interval, but the software won't handle deleting after 1 month, you'll have to manage that on your own. As a CCTV feature, it would probably be better for you to use the save file feature under the motion detection. This way you'll record less...

Re: Suggestions
1-Feature is sort of there already, you just have to save files, then use the images to movie feature. 2-Camera resolution and screen resolution are 2 completely different things. If your camera could record 4K (4096P), but you only had a 1080P screen, you would only see a quarter of the picture, bu...

Re: Yawcam doesnt open
If you open the command prompt manually first, it will stay open so you can see the output. Click on Start, in the search box, type "cmd" without the quotes. When you see cmd.exe show up, press Ctrl+Shift+Enter or right-click on cmd.exe and select Run As Administrator If you get a UAC prom...

Re: Windows 10 Yawcam won't start
Yawcam doesn't rely on any registry keys that I can think of. It really only relies on the file location and that Java is properly installed. Click on Start, in the search box, type "cmd" without the quotes. When you see cmd.exe show up, press Ctrl+Shift+Enter or right-click on cmd.exe and...

Re: Yawcam streams with wifi but not wired, please help.
My suggestion, because I've had some many issues with UPNP is to not rely on it. Your best bet will be to set a static IP Address on the computer running Yawcam, then manually port forward port 8081 in your router to the static IP Address you set. If you need instructions to port forward on the rout...

Re: Windows 10 Yawcam won't start
Can you make sure Yawcam is still installed? Maybe Windows 10 didn't carry it forward.
If it's still installed, try running the Install Service again.
My guess is you have to re-install Yawcam, re-install the service and most likely re-configure Yawcam as the settings might not be there anymore.

Can you try running the debug_start batch file as an administrator and note the behavior?

Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del), go to the processes tab, you should see either javaw.exe or yawcam_service.exe, right-click on it and select open file location.

Re: HTTP stopped working
Sounds like UPNP is not working properly on your new router. My suggestion since I never believed in UPNP is to access your router and set-up your port forwarding. In your case, you'll want to forward port 8888 to the IP 192.168.1.3. When Yawcam is running, you can check with netstat to see if the p...

Re: Could not start the application
Your path should be longer. Make sure you have something like this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre8\bin"
Follow these instructions for changing the path: https://www.java.com/en/download/help/path.xml
