I also had that problem, until talking to my ISP one day and found out they had to give me a static IP address in order for it to work. Something to do with their blocking system. Got a static and it works just fine.
Just a thought.

Use different ports for the second camera say 8082 and 8083 or whatever you choose as long as they are unique

Not sure how you would change cameras. but I stream on three different ports. EG xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8087, xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8088, xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8081
Then when offsite, I can select the camera I want.
