I don't know how to get the offline image working using the JAVA APPLET, but you can try completelly shutdown Yawcam as opposed to just disable stream and set your web page code to something like this:

Hi, I was wondering of it was possible to put 4 instances of yawcam on 1 page, and if so, how? Basically, as z3r0c00l12 advise, use IFRAMES. You need to edit the "update.html" located in: "C:\Users\yourname\.yawcam\www\update.html" , because
yawcam installation have 2 directories: one in program Files folder and another in Users folder.
