Are you sure that you edited the right .cfg ( launcher.cfg )? If each camera is on a different computer, then you should run yawcam in every computer, it's that simple! :P But you need to set a different port for each yawcam (don't leave them all on the default 8081). Are you sure that you have set your router to forward traffic from public port 8081 to LAN IP 192.168.1.102-port 8081? (Because at your first post you keep writing 192.168.102.)
