Problem Viewing Streaming after closing browser window

Hi. Seem to be having a minor issue.

I have set up the streaming, and when I connect through internet, everything is fine. If I then close my browser, reopen it, and try to view the streaming, the applet shows "Loading...." but it will not load. If I then go into the Yawcam settings and change anything in the settings, I can reconnect ok.

Using the latest version yawcam, IE 6, through a router, with ports forwarded correctly.

I thought it might be a browser issue, but just by changing a setting (and then hitting refresh on my browser) it works.

I have now looked into the code, but without finding anything that could cause this behavior. This issue doesn't appear on any of my test machines either. :(

What happens if you just reloads the page after the applet get stuck on "Loading..." ?
Or if you open the page in a new browser? (Without changing anything in the settings)

Does anyone else have this problem?

Perhaps you will have to live with this issue. Sorry.

/malun

Hi !!
my name Dangerous Boy.. lol
ok enough.

the loading... froze got nothing to do with the applet o code for the stream video, i had the same problem with other programs that use Java Applet some times it take a while to load the hole thing but.. but... most of the times is your browser that makes that error u have to refresh it, why do that happend, well i got no clue but, some time i surff in some website that use old technology, look, some website use script made for java 1.2.1, and that make u install that version when u have 2.1.1 that make ur browser confuse, cuz all of the scripts going to the same spot but using diferent java version thats why u have to refresh.
to finish and solution is to uninstall ur java and go to sun.com and download the new java and dont let any other java thing get install in your machines unless u realy need it.

well thats me, i fund that 3 month ago, and now i have no problems also i'll use YawCam for my new project, once it gets done i'll send the url and ofcurse some donations.
