Following install of Java update 31 my Yawcam stopped loading on startup and service start failed with error 1067.
After some trial and error I uninstalled Java update 31 and Yawcam operation returned to normal.
I suspect some conflict between Yawcam versions 0.3.6 and 0.3.7 and Java update 31.
Java Update 31
Hi,
I am having the same issues, following installation of this java update. I could neither run the service or directly from the console. I uninstalled and then re-installed yawcam, with no success. After uninstalling Java update 31, I have regained yawcam functionality, both as a service and from the control panel.
I'm running Yawcam 0.3.7 on Win XP SP3, pentium D 2.8gHz processor with 3GB RAM.
Phil.

Just fixed this error on my system.
Uninstall Yawcam, (may not be needed).
Uninstall Java,
Reinstall Java,
Reinstall Yawcam and run it.
Mine is now working again.
For my system it was Java that was hosed. I tried to the What Java do I have link on www.java.com and the browser was crashing. Hence I believe that it was a bad install of Java.
