java(tm) platform se binary has stopped working

I am no longer able to run .37 it forces me to use .38 but now I just get this error message. I have tried with both 32 bit and 64 bit Java update 7 (but it was doing it with update 6 too). No I am not logged in remotely (read about that already). Tried uninstalling Yawcam completely including the user folder and all traces of it and reinstalling. Tried uninstalling both versions of Java and reinstalling (I use Revo Uninstaller for all of this BTW to get rid of any crapola left over).
Rebooted etc. No dice.
Works fine on my XP PC BTW. Just not on the Win7 64 PC I need it running on.
