Yawcam wont save images

i didnt use this software for year and today i left it running using motion detection mode.
when i get back, imsages that software saved had no preview.
so i tried couple more times but always same thing happen.
my yawcam is 0.3.7 Built 2011-11-09
OS is windows XP, SP3, everything up to date
pls help, i wanna catch people entering my room unauthorised.
