Can you try opening a command prompt and posting the output of the command below?

java.exe -version

Can you try running the debug_start batch file as an administrator and note the behavior?

If you open the command prompt manually first, it will stay open so you can see the output.

Click on Start, in the search box, type "cmd" without the quotes.
When you see cmd.exe show up, press Ctrl+Shift+Enter or right-click on cmd.exe and select Run As Administrator
If you get a UAC prompt, click yes or log in with an account having admin rights.
Once the command prompt opens, confirm that the window name starts with "Administrator: ", this confirms it's running with administrative privileges.
At the command prompt, type [cd "\program files (x86)\yawcam"] without the brackets and press enter.
Type "debug_start" without the quotes and press enter, the batch file should run and exit as it did before, but the command prompt will stay open.
