Updated JAVA, now Preview window flashes

I just updated to the latest Java Version 6 Update 10 (build 1.6.0_10-b33) and now when I bring up the preview window it is flashing like crazy and the image is hard to see.
Everything worked flawlessly until I just installed this latest version.
Do you have any suggestions, other than go back to a pervious version?

I have this problem, too!
It would be very nice to get a solution for this problem, because Yawcam is the best webcam software ( ever ).

I know I said I didn't want to uninstall the update, but that was my only option.
Just go to Start>>Control Panel>>Add/Remove Programs
You can sort by date installed using the drop down box @ the top right.
Scroll down and find the Java update and uninstal it.
Yawcam now works as it used to.
But still not up to date on Java

Someone posted this elsewhere. I had the same problem and did what they said and it fixed the problem. Hopes this helps. Try to download the latest DSJ package (
http://www.humatic.de/webapps/php/downl ... hp?app=dsj ),
replace dsj.dll in the YawCam folder and dsj.jar in the YawCam\lib
It works for me.

Hello.
Had this problem too.
Last working Java-Version with YAWCAM v0.3.0>1 was JRE 1.6.0_07.
Today i installed JRE 1.6.0_16 and tested YAWCAM with the DSJ-Fix/-Update ... and ... IT WORKED !!!

The problem with flickering preview window is fixed in Yawcam 0.3.1.
