I can't get the text overlay to work on motion capture.
Am I missing something or does the program not support this?
Someone clue me in.

Works on mine, I have the time stamp info in the text area for "Text #1" and have the various colors set and it puts a time stamp at the top of my pictures.
Have it working on two different cameras.

I've got text #1 set as:
%day %MM-%DD-%YYYY, %hh:%mm:%ss
On the bottom right
and I hit OK.
The text appears in the preview window, but not on the saved images.
Is there something else I need to do?

Open "Window", "Motion Detection", "Actions" and in about the middle, there is a box in the "Image Options" to "Add Overlay". Make sure it is checked.
Also, it is "funny" as I don't get the overlay in the preview window!

Got it. Looked at that a hundred times and didn't see it.
I'll give that a try.
Thanks.

Country_Bubba, I guess he meant the overlay's preview window...

As long as it's "sometimes" you are ok!
