Yawcam 0.3.9 has been released!

What's new?
- Changed limit behavior in motion detection.
- Fixed motion detection's problem running .bat files.
- Added text file hack: ipcheckurl.txt
- Added workaround for unstable ftp hosts.
- Added favicon.ico for built in webserver.
- Updated language files.
