Yawcam as a service wont run?

If I install yawcam as a service a cant getmotion detection to work. If I stop the service or just open the application by the shortcut it works perfectly. This use to work until I changes the snapshot directory. Everything works when I open the desktop shorcut just not when I close the program and run the service. Anyone have a clue why?
