Port 8081 blocked by ISP

Hiya,
It looks like my ISP is blocking 8081, which I guess they do sometimes I was wondering if there's anyway I can get the router to 'ignore' when people type the ':8081' bit at the end of my webcam address and just forward it straight to port 80, which is open. Meaning when someone tries to access the address http://blah.blah:8081 the :8081 is automatically 'ignored' as it were. Because now I've changed the IP port to 80, you only need to type in http://blahblah and it goes straight through, but of course the people who have the webcam address saved etc have the :8081 on the end, which sends them nowhere. I've tried forwarding it on the router, but if the ISP is blocking 8081 anyway it's just not happening.
Any ideas please? Thank you
