Yawcam

My RC airplane club currently uses YAWCAM with normal Logitech webcams which were mounted under a shelter looking out. I am considering switching to a weatherproof camera so I can mount the cameras higher up on a pole. Does anyone have any experience with an outdoor camera model/brand and using it with YAWCAM? I really like the functionality of YAWCAM and would like to continue using it.
