Yawcam gives approximately 3 frames per second if I set it at 30. How can I improve this?

Based on your previous posts and questions, if you try to stream at 100% quality and full resolution (e.g., 1920x1080), don't expect 30FPS should your PC and your viewing device(s) are unable to handle the video processing demands, and the Internet throughput between your PC and your viewing device(s) is not fast enough to handle the video data volume. Frames will be dropped to whatever your circumstances could support--seems like 3FPS at your current stream settings. If you want 30FPS, then you will simply need to reduce the stream video quality and/or resolution (image size) for your particular streaming and viewing condition. Note that this is not a deficiency of Yawcam, but rather a limitation of your particular streaming and viewing setup.
