Adding "Motion" to the SETTINGS menu

When I want to change the Yawcam "Motion" settings, the first place I look is in SETTINGS on the Control Panel, but it is not there. It feels like it was inadvertently left off of that location and placed under WINDOW item on the Control Panel. It would certainly be useful to me, and possibly others, if it could also be included in the SETTINGS menu as a Category item as shown in the attached image. Obviously this is just a minor cosmetic/functionality issue, but thanks for considering it.
