Zonet ZSR0104CP Configuration

I have a Zonet ZSR0104CP Firewall / Router that I like but I can't seem to gt it configured right for YawCam outside my router. I can view my HTTP and STREAM URL's inside my router so I have Windows Defender set up right.
If someone has a similar Zonet please tell me how to configure it hopefully for Vista Ultimate, I have all the ipconfig /all information written down, I guess that I'm somehow placing the wrong IP from the list in the wrong place in the NAT ,or something. Should I perhaps disable UPNP, and what is UPNP anyway ?
