Line-in from the wall > cable modem > linksys VOIP router > Netgear wireless router > either my desktop(hard wired) or my laptop(wireless).
What I have tried:
-Allowed upnp in both routers
-Allowed the program in both firewalls: laptop and desktop
-Tried different port configurations.
Please let me know if you need any additional information. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Grandma is waiting.
