I am only interested in the FTP with the webcam. It found my webcam instantly, I set it up and everything seemed to be ok, but it was not sending the file up! no messages, just not working. After fiddling around I discovered a solution. Other may have the same situation and this may help you as well.
I have a hard network connection to allow me to get into the network, and there is free wireless available in the building. In order to get the software to work, I have to disconnect the hard network immediately after I log in, and can reattach it after the software loads. Then everything works just fine. It MAY be that I only had to do that once, I don't know. I hope this helps others.
