Turn off cam led...

There is a simple way to turn off LED near my cam on my Toshiba Satellite A200-s4h???
Everytime i start windows service it turn on this led....I hope someone can help me.....

I suppose you don't want to damage your camera ?
So stick a little piece of paper on top of it.
Otherwise paint it black.
No damage...

Thank you for your reply but I don't want to damage my camera....I suppose I can turn off via driver or regedit....but I'm not sure about it...
Can someone else could help me???
