Hi,
I have installed and used the software on one of my XP machines, no problem. Its a modern DELL machine.
On an old peice of junk ocmpaq 586 running XP (slooooooowly), I get a blue preview screen an no other output from the camera with yawcam.
The camera wizard in control panel lights up the camera on the old box with no problem and can snap a picture. Any idea why the old machine might not work so well?

Not so fast machine
It's very hard for me to tell what's going wrong...
Maybe the machine doesn't have enough memory, but i don't know.
Yawcam requires a lot of memory and quite fast machine to run smoothly.

You can try to change the image size in the settings (Settings -> Edit settings... -> Camera), and see if that makes any difference. Try to reduce the image size, then it might work better.
