Yawcam

I'm using this version Yawcam_BETA_2007-06-11.exe that doesn't work emm very well, I have set up 30 fps for the stream option, but, when I look by internet I can only see 1 fps, the webcam is also in 30 fps, so, Do you know any way to fix this? also the "image file" is freezing the image, the webcam its new, its a arctek 480 foot ball.
