http view. 10sec update?

Can it be changed? well stream works fine, but it is like 0.3fps on it. because on my internet connection.
But the http worked perfect, but i was wondering, can i change the 10 second uppdate to like 5?

and how do i do it then?

In general what would be the application for http instead of streaming?

I notice http is not username password protected? why not?
