how can I change this image to one of my images?

I believe the picture is in the "img" folder of yawcam. You should be able to change it there. I'm not sure if there is a copy of it in the .yawcam folder, if there is, it's likely that one you have to change.

nope, changed it with a picture of the same size and dpi... and when I use that link, I get that image of yawcam
