Help with the Red X Problem

I've been checking the threads but so far I have found anything that work for me. I can ftp my site and yawcam is loading the pic out. I put the .class file in both my root directory and the camfiles directory on my site. Still on my page all i get is the red x - I've been fighting this problem for days and still haven't figured it out. Can anyone here help? Thanks in advance,

If you are using your own site you should not upload the class file. Then you should use the CODEBASE tag in html code instead.

Have a look at <yawcam directory>\stream\own_server_example.html

Also delete the class files you've already uploaded to your ftp account. (Otherwise the browser can get confused...)
