I have always had good experience with Logitech's cameras in the higher price range.
But I guess there is a lot of good cameras out there.

I've got the Logitech Fusion and love it. Resolution is great, image looks good in low light and it comes with a free headset with mic in the box. It is a little pricey though retailing ~$99 USD but there are sellers on ebay with listings much cheaper than that. I picked up a refurb with full warranty for ~$49.95 plus shipping and it works just as good as new.

Outside Web Camera?

Post by zeltus »

Has anyone got an EXTERNAL web camera they can recommend?

I've looked at the Axis range but a) they are far too expensive for my needs and b) they seem to have their own built in webservers, which makes for a level of complexity I don't think I want (or do I? :-) )

Cheers

Bill
