Just throwing a thought out there for a suggested enhancement.
Love the motion detection. What would be a great feature would be for the filename created by the motion detection and image array function to also be allowed to create directories. What do I mean by that?
Set the filename in the "save file" settings area as:
C:\VideoCapture\{dateY}-{dateM}-{dateD}\motion_{date}_{tstamp}_{tstampMS}.jpg
The software would then dynamically create a directory in the VideoCapture directory with the date so that all images from a given date are grouped together. Then, .MOV files can be made for each day, images more easily searched or stored in a database, or whatever.
Perhaps it's supposed to do this already, but I could never get the software to create a directory. Once it was there, it could write files to it and it worked great. But it wouldn't create the directory on its own.
Just a thought...
