HELP white screen!

I have just downloaded and installed your software and am using it for motion capture and it worked yet when i wanted to use it a second time it only captured a blank white screen when it saw motion. I have tried re installing it and seeing if there is a later version. PLEASE will someone help its getting really annoying and i've tried everything. Thank you.
