Hi All,
It quite strange. When I change my router from Thomson Speedtouch to Prolink WR1004, then I cannot see http and stream any more! Previously everything fine.
Now, even I cannot see the http/stream when using http://locahost:8888 and http://localhost:8081. The browse runs and waits indefinitely and no response. However, Yawcam is able to capture motions and send email to my Hotmail account.
My console shows:
[17:20] Yawcam started
[17:20] Settings loaded
[17:20] Language: English
[17:24] Http-output started
[17:24] Stream-output started
[17:27] UPNP: Found device AboCom Systems, Inc. UPnP Gateway Device IGD Version 0.92
[17:27] UPNP: Found device AboCom Systems, Inc. UPnP Gateway Device IGD Version 0.92
Any idea?
TIA
Cannot see http and stream
Further investigation, I found that if I disconnect my PC to the router, then re-start YAWCAM, I can see http/stream using my local IP (127.0.0.1).
If I reconnect my PC to the router, then re-start YAWCAM, the same problem happens - I cannot see neither the http page nor stream. No error in the browser but it was loading .... forever!
Any idea?

I googled a bit on the topic.
See here some info about the IP : 127.0.0.1.
It's the loop-back IP of the machine you are working on.
Are you certain the machine in question can connect to the internet ?
Are you sure there is no hardware problem with the network adapter ?
Can you open a command prompt and execute "pcconfig /all" ?
One of the info you will see are :
What does that show ?
