Stream Stops/Freeze on Vista 64 bit

Running 0.3.4 on Windows Vista 64 Bit. I sometimes get a single static image only. Sometimes I get a second of streaming mixed with static images. In all cases, before 60 seconds have expired, I get the OFFLINE screen and no further images. I can connect to the URL/port again and it will do the same thing. However I never get streaming images for more than a second, and never maintain images more than 60 seconds. In short, it just isn't working for me. Could it be Vista 62 bit?
