pc in the same network can see me , but outside cant

i do video Stream , but pc in my network ( the same router ) only can see me , but other pc out side my network ( not the same router )cant see me , why ? and how i fix it ?

Can you make a little picture of how you are connected, are your routers plugged together or over the internet?

for example:

Internet --------- Router ---------- Your PC
\-------Other Router---------- Other PC

If this is the case and Yawcam is running on your PC, you may want to use your other router as a switch rather then a router, or you may have a configuration problem where your router can't route to the internal network of your Other Router.

this sounds like a port forwarding issue to me. Use portforward.com to help you set up the right port/s from the computer you run yawcam on to the internet. Also, you will need to make sure your computer has a static ip address.
