Image size changes on reboot

This is something new that just started happening: I go to settings\change-to-device and change the output pin to capture and format to RGB24 640*480. When I reboot my PC, this changes back to still RGB24 320*240.

Any ideas how to keep this setting from changing?

uninstalled Yawcam,
uninstalled Logitech software and drivers,
reinstalled Logitech software and drivers,
and reinstalled Yawcam.

The image size no longer changes on reboot
