Camera format not saved

I recently purchased a cheap yet completely rubbish, unbranded chinese webcam. I loves it to bits.

Nonetheless, it has a few problems. Namely the format choice is not saved through reloads of Yawcam. It is capable of 640x480 (this is also what my overlay is set to) but it reverts to 320x240 when Yawcam is restarted.

Is there any more info I can provide to help with this?

Perhaps that post is outdated, but nothing it mentioned was any use.

I too would like for the ability to save this format. It's a bit of a nuisance to have to reset this setting when reloading Yawcam.

Same for me.... the workaround does not work with the Phillips SPC 900NC webcam

ok, it's a good app, but the inability to have it save settings is just too frustrating. I have to reset size, audio, motion detection everytime I reboot.
