EMAIL PROBLEMS

Yawcam is not emailing the motion photo that I want it to. Here is what I did and what it is saying. please help me and let me know what I am doing wrong.

Enter a from adress.
Change port number.
Enable SSL.

Make sure POP and IMAP is enabled in Gmail.
