[Suggestion] Release the camera when it no really in use

First of all thank to developers it's great and I love it.

My suggestion or question is it possible to release the camera when Yawcam is running but is not really use it (no preview, no uploading to ftp and no connected clients in http or stream mode)? I care that when camera is active its driver/service use something like 15-20% of my quad core CPU as I can see in task manager and most of time for nothing.
This is single thing that missing in this application to be excellent in my eyes.

Somewhere in there you'll find a releasecamera hack that should do exactly what you described.
