How to enable HTTP and/or Streaming only if motion detected?

Hello,

I am trying to configure Yawcam as a security tool for my house.

How can I set it up so that IF motion is detected, then:

1. Send me an email. (This I already have configured successfully.)

2. Enable HTTP mode.

3. Enable Streaming mode.

4. Save file (I think I have this setup as the "Image array" option in motion detection "File Save-->Settings" window popup.)

So... anyone know how to enable HTTP and Streaming mode when motion is detected?
